Sarbanes-Oxley Implementation

We will assist in implementing an Information Technology Internal Controls methodology (Cobit, ISO 17799, or ITIL) that will be in compliance with regulatory requirements, such as, Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA by:
• Analyzing the Information Technology (IT) department including:
  • Computer Operations
  • Systems Development and Maintenance
  • Information Security
  • Data Telecommunications
  • Voice Telecommunications
  • Help Desk
• Implement appropriate and approved internal controls.
• Document internal controls
• Design and implement methodology for periodically testing internal controls
• Implement the methodology for periodically reporting the status of IT controls to management
