John R. Robles and Associates are well qualified to provide the required assistance in providing Information Technology Security, Audit, and Controls services.

This engagement will be performed with a high level of professionalism. It will be conducted on the basis of the extensive knowledge and expertise in Information Systems Security, Auditing, and Internal Controls which John R. Robles and Associates possesses, and which will be brought to this engagement.

For 11 years, Mr. Robles worked for Price Waterhouse as an Information Systems consultant and Information Systems Auditor. During the last five years at the firm, he was Senior Manager in charge of Information Systems Auditing.

Mr. John R. Robles, President of John R. Robles and Associates for the past twenty-eight (28) years, will perform this engagement. Mr. Robles is a specialist and independent consultant with extensive experience in all areas of Information Systems Security, Auditing, and Controls. He is also a renowned speaker on Information Systems Security, Auditing, and Controls issues in Puerto Rico, as well as, in México, Santo Domingo, Costa Rica, and Panamá.

He is a founding member of the ISACA Puerto Rico chapter. In 2010, he founded the Puerto Rico Cloud Computing User Group. In 2014, he was elected President of Infragard Puerto Rico and re-elected President in 2015. He is currently the editor of the Info-Governance eNewsletter and the Info-Cloud eNewsletter. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and has a Certificate in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).

He holds a BSEE and an MSEE in Electrical Engineering from New York University.
